The 12,000-square-foot proposal features a two-story wood-frame structure with covered parking, generous perimeter glazing, and adaptable office layouts that can be configured to meet the needs of multiple occupants. Clean building lines, a prominent central entrance, and a balanced façade create a professional identity while maintaining construction efficiency and long-term value.
Developed in 1996, the project reflects Lex George's ability to design commercial buildings that combine marketability, functionality, and architectural quality.
