Cocoa Beach, Florida
A conceptual mixed-use residential development created as a feasibility study for developer Britt Shenkman. Designed for short-term vacation rentals, the project explored contemporary coastal architecture with an emphasis on maximizing views, outdoor living spaces, and pedestrian-oriented amenities while complementing the relaxed character of Cocoa Beach.
The design featured modern residential units above active ground-floor commercial space, organized around a central circulation spine with generous balconies, terraces, and outdoor gathering areas. Digital 3D modeling and schematic planning were used to evaluate massing, site organization, and the overall guest experience before advancing into design development.
