Vancouver, British Columbia
A visionary mixed-use development proposal designed to strengthen the heart of Vancouver's Kerrisdale neighborhood. The project combined residential living, retail shopping, office space, and a major drugstore into a cohesive urban streetscape, creating a vibrant, walkable destination that balanced contemporary architecture with the scale and character of the surrounding community.
Developed as a 165,000-square-foot mixed-use complex, the design emphasized pedestrian activity, neighborhood retail, and integrated housing while providing a modern interpretation of traditional main street development.
