Mesa, Arizona
Designed while with Dieterich Architects, this 20,000-square-foot addition expanded the ATMI manufacturing campus to support offices, production facilities, equipment repair, and warehouse operations. The project was planned to integrate seamlessly with the existing facility while improving workflow, employee amenities, and operational efficiency.
The design carefully separated manufacturing, shipping and receiving, warehouse, and administrative functions while maintaining clear circulation throughout the building. Employee spaces, including a fitness area and breakroom, were incorporated to create a more comfortable and productive work environment without compromising industrial operations.
This project reflects Lex George's experience designing highly functional industrial facilities where efficiency, flexibility, and coordination between technical spaces were essential to the overall success of the building.
