Victoria, British Columbia
Designed for a challenging sloped site in Victoria, this luxury condominium proposal explored how higher-density residential living could be thoughtfully integrated into an established neighborhood while preserving views, privacy, and the natural landscape.
The 30,000-square-foot concept features twenty-one luxury residences arranged in a terraced configuration that follows the site's topography. Large private balconies, expansive glazing, and carefully articulated building forms provide abundant natural light while minimizing the apparent scale of the development from neighboring properties.
The design emphasizes a pedestrian-friendly streetscape, landscaped outdoor spaces, and underground parking to maximize green space and create an attractive residential environment. Although the project remained unbuilt, it reflects Lex George's approach to balancing architectural character, site sensitivity, and functional planning in multifamily residential design.
