Designed for a private developer, this residential community proposal explored the planning and design of a 20-unit condominium development that balanced neighborhood character with efficient site planning. The concept incorporated clustered residential buildings, landscaped common spaces, and recreational amenities to create an inviting community setting.
The project emphasized thoughtful placement of buildings to preserve open space while maximizing privacy and natural surroundings. A comprehensive site plan, residential floor plans, and architectural studies were developed to illustrate the overall vision and establish a cohesive architectural identity for the community.
Completed early in Lex George's career, the project reflects a longstanding interest in residential planning and community-oriented design that would continue throughout his architectural practice.
